These terms of service make no promise that a particular Mbps reading will guarantee smooth streaming, calls, gaming, or file transfers. Application servers, device performance, and connection consistency also matter. HTTP latency is not raw ICMP ping or the exact timing to a game server. The public release does not measure UDP packet loss, NAT type, Wi-Fi signal strength, typing speed, or website rendering performance. Do not use a displayed value as evidence for a property the tool does not actually measure.
